Classification Credit Card Model

Utilized R Studio to build classification models such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) models to identify qualifying attributes, metrics, and predictors for the response variable of qualifying for a credit card. Manipulated parameters of model to achieve model prediction percentages of up to 86.4% for SVM, and 85.32% for KNN.

Rental Property EDA

Employed Python API to web scrape data for over 600 potential rental properties from Zillow, conducted data cleaning and wrangling in SQL & Excel, then utilized pivot tables and excel functions for fair rental property pricing analysis in order to find the highest quality listings for a group of five working professionals in San Diego.

Real Estate Regression

Built a regression model in Python to aid a Real Estate agent in accurately pricing and selling a home in an unfamiliar market for $520,000. Data was collected by web scraping previously sold Zillow listings in the surrounding areas and immediate community. Manipulated and cleaned raw data using Pandas to ensure reliable training and testing data for the model.
